I have a 3.1 switch and would like to hook up 9630 phones to it. I have 4620's hooked up but the switch won't recogonize 9630. Is there a software patch I need to download, or am I barking up the wrong tree.

9630 Phones need to hook up to 3.1 Switch 1

I can add a 9620 or a 9650 but there is no selection for a 9630.

buttons are all goofy. there sould be a software solution to load that phone.
