9630 ip phone firmware update wont work

A little more information would be helpful... What software are they running now and what are you trying to upgrade them to? Where have you loaded the software? Have you checked the server log to see if the file is getting retrieved? What messages do you see on the screen of the phone during this process?

its not showing it to grab any files during startup the server is not retrieving the file if three phones are on the same mini switch would that be an issue i do not think it would since the corporate headquarters keeps all the server info confidential theres not much i can tell you i just need a broadscope solution
