9630 G Issue

I just purchased some 9630G phones. I am running CM 5.2.1 my Clans are TN799 DP HW00 FW040. My DHCP Avaya Options are set to:

MCIPADD=172.16.200.21,MCPORT=1719,TFTPSRVR=172.16.144.135,L2QVLAN=60,VLANTEST=0

After i program the extension the phone works great. After about 10 minuted of inactivity the phone tries to Discover the clan 172.16.200.21... after a bout 3 minutes the phone comes back online.

If I list trace this is what I see:

Has anyone seen this issue and have a resolution?

That hasn't happened to me, but I've had alot of little issues similar. Have you tried going into the menu of the phone and doing a clear procedure? Try that.. it sort of wipes the phone clean.
