9630 and 9620 phones locking Up

Has anyone had this problem with the Avaya G700 with S8300. CM 3.X software load installed alittle over a month ago. Numeroues resets of the VOIP phones when the system seems to be in a high volume scenerio. I see 1537 error with aux data of 40968. I do not see any alarms or errors on the system resetting or anything.

We have installed Avaya 9630 and 9620 type Voip sets.

How do I check the firmware on a phone?

list registered will show all IP Phones registered to the switch and the firmware version loaded.

You could also do a status station....

I've had a RASH of problems with the 9600 Series phones running FW1.2...once it downloads the firmware it restricts any administration from the keypad. I've modified the setting on the 46xxsettings.txt file and it doesn't matter...

I've gone through like 6 phones with this issue....

Anyone else run into this?
