Has anyone had any issues with these handsets? I have a system with all 9608 handsets and 1 9621G. When a call comes in and is transferred from a 9608 handset it works fine. However when you transfer from the 9621 handset the display on the 9608 shows the caller and not the person transferring the call. when you ring out on the handset and then transfer a call it works fine and shows the user in brackets after the number. I have updated the phone to the latest firmware and it still does it.
Any help would be amazing.
