I currently have an IP Office 500 R6.0 and I am trying to change the key label for abbreviated dialing key. I do not see the application menu on the phone that the documentation says I need to change the key label. Any help would be appreciated.

Why are you trying to do that from the phone itself?
Use manager.
You will be quicker then scrolling through the menu on the phone.

That happens when you read the 6.1 manual and you're on a 6.0 system. The label option for a new feature for the phones in 6.1.

We are allowing the user to change their own labels. Is this possible in 6.0 and how is it done?

Cannot be done on 6.0 without using manager software.

Speaking of 9620s, anyone know of a source were I can get one, just one, face plate for a 9620? I'm looking for red or white. I can only find them in lots of 25.
