Hello,
I am working with an IP Office running 8.0.43 and a 9620 phone as a remote phone. We have port forwarded ports 1718, 1719, 1720, 49152 to 53247 as both UDP and TCP to the IP Office internal address. The firewall is a Cisco ASA.
What works:
We can get the phone to register.
We can make and take calls using the telephone keypad with very good call quality.
We have visual display of the buttons that are programmed on the 9620.
The phone rings when it is called.
What does not work:
Button presses of the 4 softkeys, navigation arrows, and the programmable buttons are all unresponsive.
Does anyone know what is preventing the buttons from working?
Thank you,
Bartshandle
