Have a customer who is running V11 and 9620 IP handsets, we have programed buttons via Manager but customer has asked if we can program features on the 4 Grey keys under display, tried to find if its possible but not having much luck..
No. Those are the context sensitive buttons. They automatically change function depending on the state of the currently highlighted call on the display. If you could reprogram them, the next thing you would have is a customer asking why they can't transfer or conference calls.
