9620 firmware upload to the utility server?? 1

No - at least not without first going to check the Avaya Support site or read the help manuals. This is covered in those.

Log into the Utility Server
Click on Upload Files - browse to where you saved the zip file from Avaya
Click on Manage Firmware
Unpack file
Activate File
You can reboot the phones you want to upgrade or push it to them with Schedule Phone File Download.
I realize it isn't ever step but it should get you there.
