9611G Phones for Call Center Setup

Hi i have a customer who will migrate from CM4 to CM6. My customer is currently using the old Call Master IV and V. Some functionality like login, logout, aux button when you program on the call masters can have a GREEN LED status on the side once it is pressed and it will NOT go out.

But on this 9611G phone model, it doesnt light up that long and quickly disapppear after a few seconds unlike the way the call masters do.

Things i have done:

There is an option on the phone about visual alerting which i already turned on during my troubleshooting.

I cannot find and settings on the CM or on 46xx settings have to adjust this visual alerting on the programmed buttons on the phone. I need to know how can i control the green and red LED to light up


-- And also my customer wants to have the phone features appear on the first screen rather than the 2nd screen. I tried turning on the SET FBONCASCREEN 1, but it suck. The LED doesnt function properly. Please help any suggestions?
