9611G Firmware

I have been having an issue when calling from 9611G to an outside AA the outside AA dosent recieve the DTMF tones. the current firmware is 6.3037. is there a newer firmware out ther for these phones.

what about trying another 9611g phone, does another phone have this same issue, if not replace the phone

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

All phones are having this issue except the analog conference phone.

Try other type of IP phone (16xx)

Try replace the VCM module.

I went In tonight pulled power took the pri card off of VCM and put it on the 2U card. Powered back up configured pri did a merge and it worked. Got ready to go home and thought I better do another reboot from manager. Did the reboot and it wouldn't dial digits again. Repeated the process twice wouldn't work again. What device could be bad? I also put a 9608 phone on system it didn't dial digits on outbound AA either.

OK so I'm back at this issue. Replaced VCM, PRI card,and even IPO. Only thing that didnt change is SD card and software. When calling out bound DTMF tones don't send when connected to an outbound AA. I downloaded a wave file with DTMF tones and played the wave file during an outbound connection to an AA and it works. So the problem is the phones, 9.0 software or SD card. Getting closer but not encouraged about it.

Man o man. All that stress for nothing. We figured it out. We simply went to line 1 PRI> channels> selected line> edit> decreased the gain TX and rx to -2db and now it works. Woo hoo. I was busier than one legged man in a but kicking contest.

I was increasing the gain each time from default 0. But didn't consider decreasing. I was so happy I got an erection the size of texas. Ok, ok, more like Rhode island.
