I was testing one of our phones to see about upgrading to SIP.

It went through most of the process.

When it reaches Upgrading Application it times out after 200seconds and throws the error:
Network problem, can't obtain files rebooting

I'm not sure what to do at this point

They don't work in SIP mode on IP Office, so it's a bad idea anyway.....

P.S The handsets used have nothing to do with the system using SIP, if that's what you're thinking :)

I was more or less testing one phone to see the difference in functionality.

I realize it won't work. The question is. How do i get it back to H.323

The Program option only allows me to set IP, HTTPIP, and VLAN information

You need to set the signalling to H.323, read the 96xx install/admin docs from support.avaya.com

There was no way to set the signalling. Only options were to set network information.

I got it resolved however. I created a new HTTP IIS Server, and modified the network settings to use that, re-uploaded all the upgrade files, and now it seems to have acquired the remainder of the files it needs.

Thanks for the quick responses. Much appreciated
