9610 on IP500 R6

has anyone got one of these to work, i have managed to get a 9630 working but the 9610 although has dial tone and can make and recieve calls the display and softkeys at the bottom do nothing and it just says Avaya One-X on it

I hate them more than 5402's, at least 5402's have function keys and can transfer etc...the 9610's are just an analogue handset effectivley except no flash hook to transfer

haha....it is a pretty poor piece of kit no wonder its end of life, ithe just the 54/6 series phones look like kids toys

I'm running 406V2 Ver 5(15), I have 9630, and 9650 that work fine. Few Months ago I did try 9610, it didn't work, kept reseting. The 9610 had firmware 2.0. I was going to update firmware to 3.1, but 9610, and 9670 are not supported on IP Ofiice, only Comm Mgr.

You could try downgrading the 9610 to firmware 1.0, it might work.
