New to the IP Office environment. While setting up a new system, I've come across a situation were all the phone continuously update it's software after a reboot. once or twice i could see, but this been happening for the better part of a week now. The phone firmware has been upgraded to 6.6.
Is there a way we view/stop this process of occurring after each reboot?
Also, after the reboot/update, some extension are registering as a 9608 model phone and the button labeling is mixed up. no sure why this is happening either.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
