9608 SIP Phone Registering to CM via SM

First time trying to configure a remote SIP phone to CM via SIP trunk from SM. Does it still use option 242 adn if so the callsrv would be the IP address of CM still or SM100?

Anyone have an example of their scope option sting?

One other piece in the 46xxsettings file I have the following configured which I believe I read was bare min in one of the docs. Anything else I'm missing?

Sig Settings:
Set SIG

SIP Settings:
set sipdomain
Set SNTPSRVR

96xx SIP Telephone Settings:
set SIP_controller_list ? what IP should this be, SM100, CM, ..
