Some help would be highly appreciated.
Currently running a IPO R9.0.8 with 1 Remote extension.
HO has an Untangle Server.
Remote extension behind a Sonicwall.
The phone registers and is operational.
The following is my problem. after about 5-7 minutes the phone reboots itself, and re-registers to the system and "retrieval Failed"displayed on the screen.
When using the phone after said reboot, it is still operational.
Found this in the Monitor trace.
LIC: RemoteWorkerNotAllowed: missing remote worker license for extn 210
Yet I only have 1 remote extension enabled, and user is set to power user that enables remote extn.
Any thoughts on this would be highly appreciated.
