9608 Phones continuously rebooting

The system was running 9.1.7 and a couple phones were constantly rebooting. We checked for IP conflicts and network filtering and couldn't find anything. We updated the system to 9.1.9 and the original phones are no longer rebooting, but 3 different phones are. The included log shows the system ~10 min after restarting from the upgrade.

Are we overlooking something simple?

Programming should make you feel like god. But it doesn't because there are rules.

At first I would CLEAR the phones, erase the extensions and users and rebuild them then re-connect one at a time and see what happens.
 
We did clear the affected phones before the update, but we haven't tried recreating the users/extensions. I'll add that to the list of things to try.
