9608 Desk phones aliased as 9630 as recommended by Avaya

I have the following buttons set up:
Call-appr
Call-appr
Call-appr
Directory
Next
Call-display
5 Busy indicators

For some reason when I set the screen display to Half Screen the right column of buttons are blank.
I have to scroll to the next page to see Directory, Next, and Call-display

So it looks like this (x is the physical button):
x 3942 \ <blank> x
x 3942 \ <blank> x
x 3942 \ <blank> x
x <Blank> \ <blank> x

Page 2
x Directory \ Busy 4098 x
x Next \ Busy 4091 x
x Call-Display \ Busy 4092 x
x Busy 2316 \ Busy 4093 x

Any idea how to get them on Page 1?

Thanks

I think this has changed, the admin manual dated Aug 2010 says 9630, but a newer one (Feb 2012) says to alias as 9650. Does changing that make a difference?

Thank you latitude12 for the suggestion however it didn't change the screen.

I remember having to make a change in the setting file for this to work, just don remember what.

I believe that I set PHNSCRALL 1. Try it and then set the screen to half, and I think that should fix it.

By default the 1st page only has call-appr buttons. To change this you need the 46xxsettings file.

Enable/disable Feature Button on Phone
## When FBONCASCREEN is set to 1 Feature Button are also
## displayed on Call Appearance filtered screen.
## Default = 0.
## Note: This feature is available on H.323 release 3.0 only for 9630 or 9640 phones & release 6.0 for 96x1 phones..
## SET FBONCASCREEN 0

lopes1211 is correct, you want "SET FBONCASCREEN 1" somewhere (anywhere) in your 46xxsettings.txt file.
