We recently upgraded our IPO from 9.0.12 to 9.1.10. After the upgrade 1 or our 4 9608's stopped working. The phone would successfully complete establishing a VPN tunnel and downloading any updates from the file server. However, the physical extension would only partially log in. The 9608 display simply says "PHONE <>"
Due to this, it was not possible to log a user in In this case, we found replacing the router on the remote end resolved the problem. However, since then phones traveling to previously working remote locations are now having this same issue. So it seems to be a compatibility issue with something on the remote end and the 9.1 firmware.
Any ideas?
