9608 Abbrieviated Ring not working on IPO v8.1.56

Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue. I recently installed a new IPO v8.1.56 with all 9608 telephones. After the install we realized that the abbrviated ring was not working correctly. When a user is busy and a second call comes in, they are not receiving a full ring. It only rings for a fraction of a second and sometimes not at all. I also tested this on my inhouse system running the same software and the same problem occurs. Other phone types (1616i, 9650. etc) work fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just checked my phone at the office and I have it set for ring under Coverage and Attention. Called my cell phone then had a tech call my extension. The button flashed but no ring. Kind of wondering about this myself. Maybe a setting I missed?
 
I'm having a very similar issue with 8.1.63 with huntgroups...I think it's a bug! Secondary calls to HG's with call waiting do not ring the users on a 2nd call appearance.

The latest 8.1 releases have lots of small bugs like this, also overflow timers don't work correctly....among others :)

What amriddle01 said, 8.1.63 is buggy. We did an installation last week and there was an issue. Ended up downgrading to 8.1.43 and had no issue's.
