Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue. I recently installed a new IPO v8.1.56 with all 9608 telephones. After the install we realized that the abbrviated ring was not working correctly. When a user is busy and a second call comes in, they are not receiving a full ring. It only rings for a fraction of a second and sometimes not at all. I also tested this on my inhouse system running the same software and the same problem occurs. Other phone types (1616i, 9650. etc) work fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
