9601 SIP pickup groups

Hi All,

Environment:
9601 with FW 6_2_1, 6_3_0
Session Manager 6.3.2
SMGR 6.3 FP2
CM 6.3 + 21053 patch. --> feature server for SM.

Problem clarification:
When we are using pickup groups there is a incorrect visual alert on the top line of the 9601 SIP. Phones are showing only "one-x ...." or some think like that instead incoming calling number. Phone is registred as AST device. On the traceSM I can see correct PPM download. Also sip messages looks like OK during this scenario call. Ring alert and button flash are working correctly.

Any ideas to fix it?

Maybe newer phone firmware. There is asetting for enhanced display for single line telephones you can try toggling somewhere. But I'd be inclined to think firmware.

The current software for the 9601 is 6.4.1 -

Hi,

Just for update.

After investigation I found that it can be a CM issue(cause pickup group is CM feature). Within few days I will able to upgrade entire environment include SM, SMGR, CM and phones FW. I will let you know about the results.
