A customer has 150 9611G phones on Avaya IPO R9.1 in the UK and 5 in New York.

The time on manager is pulled from the voicemail pro server.

Please could someone let me know if it is possible to get the US time displayed on the handsets in New York?

use location in the IPO and set the IP range to Eastern time (-5) and it should work

Thanks for the star guru.
I train customers in group sessions and one guy asked me what the locations were a while back and I couldn't answer it so I played with the settings a bit.

Great feature, we have a customer with a SE in one country and users in 3 other countries, all on different internal IP ranges, so just setup the locations to give out time based on the IP of the phone connecting. Works brilliantly.
