9600 at remote site

I have a 9620 phone at a remote location that I would like to connect to the call server across my site to site vpn. The files start to transfer to the phone but after a few minutes it's says bad file svr address. I'm using the same file svr address as the phones at the main location. How do I get this to work?

Is your HHTP server program (or Manager is relayed from the IPO) running on the server???

Is the gateway address correct on the phone.

A little more info needed.

Actually I didn't use the gw address on the phone. I will try that to see if that makes a difference. i didn't use gw on the phones on site.

Does your pc work without a gateway?
I thing it wont and that is why the phone does not work.

Not really sure how to do that. I have an IP route setup already to access the system remotely across my site to site VPN. Would I just tweak that IP Route I already have.

If you can program the system from the remote site then the IP routing is ok.

There are quite a few things that it could be from here that are easy to spot if you know what to look for.

I think it's time to get your Business Partner involved.
