have a newly installed Avaya IP Office 500v2 with (6) 9508 phones running on 8.1(52).
The customer is complaining that, for the duration of virtually every call, the volume level fades in and out. I have adjusted all gain controls, ran impediance matches, moved analog trunks and digital extension to different cards, and still having this issue. I know this issue was common is the 7.0 releases, and was repaired with a patch, but I am lost as to why it is doing this in release 8.1
