Hi all,

Any ideas why a 9508 set would not work after an upgrade. I am aware of a patch, but believe that it is only to fix speakerphone audio problems. I will check tomorrow to see wat display is saying - can't remember right now.

The phones are not reaching the HTTP server. Check your HTTP server setting in the system. If you used your computer to install the patch, then change the HTTP IP address to your computer IP address for now.

In the patch folder there is a bin file for the 9508 (.36). Add that to the TFTP location. 500V2 is usually SD card, 500V1 is usually manager folder of CPU set as TFTP location.

When you upgrade the IPO to 7.0.232702 then i noticed that the .36 is not transfered to the SD card.
Do this with the embedded file manager and they will upgrade.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

So I tried uploading patch file again to SD card. Did this yesterday, but I don't think I put in correct directory / folder.

Just uploaded file (chose upload file, not upload system file)not sure if that makes a difference, and put it in the primary folder, under system (as there were other bin files there) Is that correct?

Worked fine. thanks again.

I copied the 9500 36.bin file and pasted into the Primary Folder of the SD Card. The phone started taking the file right away.

Link to patch?? Im having the speakerphone issue!
