9508 - Please Wait

IP 500v2 current release with 1 combo card

3 Phones are working fine however 2 of the 9508's say please wait on the top like its waiting for a firmware update? This can be resolved by unplugging and replugging in the set, it happens about every other day after sitting idle overnight?
