9408 Softkeys

I'm test driving a 9408 as a possible replacement for our aging 64xx sets. One thing I don't see with the 9408 that I really like on the 96xx sets are the Softkeys for an incoming call that give you the option of ignoring or sending it to voice mail. (Once a call is answered the 9408 gives you Softkeys for Hold/transfer/Conf/Drop) The 9408 User Guide mentions a softkey for "To VMail" but it isn't happening. I'm also curious about "Ignore". (We are Aura/CM 6.2)
 
program a send all calls button, don't want to answer a call then simply hit the send all calls button.

I have Send Calls button. I'm just curious if anyone knows why there is inconsistency between sets with the Softkeys.
