9408 firmware updates on CM 6.3

I would like to find out how many 9408 phones can be updated at the same time. I have done a cha firmware station-download with a range of 7 extensions. Within that range there are 3 9408 phones. When I look at stat firmware station-download I see the first 2 being updated and after 15 minutes the 3rd will update. I have 500 phones to update, is there a faster way?

Usually starts out with 2, then it will usually do up to 8 at a time, once those 2 are completed. It helps if they are on different packs as well.
