9115 problem

Hey guys I installed a 9115 everthing is programmed. The only thing I get on the phone is time and date from the 81c.
I check the display log and I find a log 79 has anybody seen this if so could you help. Also I can ping the 9115 gateway and the IP it's self.

DESCRIPTION This log indicates an error in reading key map flash.
SEVERITY MAJOR

I done all these procedures do have any ideas

that was the only log number. The problem was that in unit 1 it had to be local thats why it had a conflict. Thanks for the help any way guys.
