I have an fxo port with a regular line installed on a remote router.. MGCP gateway up and working ok. How can I make a phone on the remote site ring when 911 operators call back? Any thoughts, thanks!!!

In call manager within the FXO port configuration page there is an "attendant DN" entry (it is actually required so you have it populated already). Enter the DN of the phone you want to ring on 911 callbacks.

Yes that was compelted... I am going back out on site today and troubleshoot further...

Follow up!!! You know that if you do not put the gateway in the correct CSS it will not work... Set for INTERNAL and all will work ok...

Tested 911 calls in and out test ok......
