911 Report with call manager 4.1

Hi
we have cisco call manager 4.1 someone keep makeing a 911 call, when the police show up in main building we don't know which phone is come from. can some show me how to run this report to see who call 911.

You can use the CDR Reporting tool under your Serviceabilities page. You would use the Device Report -> Gateway and choose the gateway for that location and set a date. Will only work if you have CDR installed and running properly.

You can also go to the CDR/Search/By User Extension. Enter 911 as the extension and select the date/time range. This will only return all calls palced to 911. No so much data to sift through.
