I would like to set up our 911 calls to force a 9,911 when calling the emergency number. we have a lot of false calls from the phone center due to the fact that you only have to dial 911 instead of 9,911. The 911 is set up as a AC1,SPN in ld 90. Do I just remove the SPN for 911 calls to force the switch to accept 9,911 instead of just 911?

JSTY,
You posted that you had a solution for erroneously calling 911.
We have a maintenance contract with SBC and they tell me there is no way to correct this. I told about SPN11 and LD90 but they are not giving me an answer. So I would like in detail what can be changed.
Thanks!

first build a dmi in ld 86

Code:
 LD 86
ESN000

MEM AVAIL: (U/P): 11736826 USED U P: 2927359 671238 TOT: 15335423
DISK SPACE NEEDED: 1154 KBYTES
2MB BACKUP DISKETTE(S) NEEDED: 1 (PROJECTED LD43 - BKO)
REQ PRT
CUST 0
FEAT DGT
DMI 1

DMI 1
DEL 2
INST 9xxx xxxx
CTYP UKWN

then in ld 86 build a rlb that sends the call to your local rdb.. the number for the insert needs to be an internal number, usually security.

Code:
REQ prt
CUST 0
FEAT rlb
RLI 1

RLI 1
ENTR 0
LTER NO
ROUT 3
TOD 0 ON 1 ON 2 ON 3 ON
     4 ON 5 ON 6 ON 7 ON
VNS NO
CNV NO
EXP NO
FRL 3
[b]DMI 1[/b]
FCI 0
FSNI 0
SBOC NRR
IDBB DBD
IOHQ NO
OHQ NO
CBQ YES

ISET 0
NALT 5
MFRL 3
OVLL 0

then go to go and add spn 11 pointed to the new rlb

Code:
MEM AVAIL: (U/P): 11736825 USED U P: 2927359 671239 TOT: 15335423
DISK SPACE NEEDED: 1154 KBYTES
2MB BACKUP DISKETTE(S) NEEDED: 1 (PROJECTED LD43 - BKO)
REQ new
CUST 0
FEAT net
TRAN ac1
TYPE spn
[code]
MEM AVAIL: (U/P): 11736825 USED U P: 2927359 671239 TOT: 15335423
DISK SPACE NEEDED: 1154 KBYTES
2MB BACKUP DISKETTE(S) NEEDED: 1 (PROJECTED LD43 - BKO)
REQ new
CUST 0
FEAT net
TRAN ac1
TYPE spn
[b]SPN 11[/b]
FLEN 0
INPL NO
[b]RLI 1[/b]
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

this see's the dialed digits 11 after the ac1 of 9.. i dial 911, 9 sends the call to ld 90, the spn table sends the call to ld 86, rlb 1, that calls dgt 1 which delets the 11, picks a trunk group and send xxx xxxx, a dialable number to the network.. that is the best way i have found.
