I hope this is the right forum for this.
I have a 61c with suc. 3.0 and OTM 2.1. We need to be able to see 911 calls that are dialed by accident that last only a few seconds. Is that possible? If so does anybody know how? I can see calls that last 4 seconds or more.

i don't use otm because the system is to fat and slow for what you actually get, but you can look at the raw data, inbound from the switch and do a simple search for 9911, another "trick" i've use with otm and other cdr software is to build a dual port rs 232, just a simple half tap that gives me streaming data to a com port, i capture that to a 100 k buffer so that if i need instant access to recent calls, i have it as a txt file. i used this for some bomb threats that were internal from a gov site to the 911 dispatch, thier clid just showed the main number at the time, so an instant access help put an idiot in jail, he was harmless, just wanted to delay a court date for bad checks... 10 years to think about that mistake.
