911 calls from an SRG How to properly define?

I have a SRG50 working off a CS1K. The CSK1K is in NC. The SRG50 is in Miami.When you dial 911 in Miami it goes to the emergency services in NC. When you dial 9911 from Miami it goes to the emergency services in Miami.The customer wants any 911 calls made from Miami to naturally go only to Miami.What am I doing wrong ? How do I stop 911 from going to the emergency services in NC ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Have you set up any routing tables?

The ERL assigned to that site in the cs1k need to appear in the routing table in the srg. Also u need to put it in the nrs as an endpoint.
