New with company, I am trying to understand, how our system is setup to dial 911 call.

here what I found so far and my understanding is that system is configured to dial "911" without ARS FAC, is this true ny looking at the following configuration ? I dont have "emer" or "svctl" call type in ARS list.

display ars analysis 911 or 11

11 2 2 44 alrt
911 3 3 33 alrt

display aar digit-conversion 1
x11 3 3 0 ars y

ARS entries marked with 'alrt' will trigger the feature Crisis Alert. It lets pre-defined stations/attendants know that an emergency call has been placed. They can't listen to or interrupt the call. It gives them the station number that placed the call.

In your system it appears that if a station dials 9,911 the call will gou out over Roure Pattern 33.
if a station dials 911 the call will go out over Route Pattern 44. In the Route Pattern it will insert the digit '9'.

A few helpful commands:

'list ars analysis route xx' will show you all of the ARS codes that use a particular Route Pattern.
'list ars route [phone number]' will show you the Route Pattern used for that particular number.

Thanks Kevin, so basically "alrt" call type does both jobs, crss-alrt and call PSAP. correct ?

Correct. The call will go out to the outside world however the route pattern tells it to go, and the alrt function notifies anyone that has a crss-alrt button on their phone.
