9040 Transtalk 2

I have a 9040 on a ATL port, evertime the receptionist puts a call in a park zone the 9040 beepes till i turn it on and off three times or more .....Please help.

What does she do after she parks the call? Does she do an all page(int 799)?

Do you have voice announce disabled on the TransTalk extension?

You should disable voice announce - since the TransTalk is not designed to handle such calls - which is your problem.

Same thing happens when you put a 9040 in a paging group on a Partner.
