any one help, trying to use *9000* maintence mode, we have set a 5420 to be system phone under telephony tab, type in short code, then ask for security code? where do we set that, or de-set it?, any one have any walkthru's or doc's available?
 
I have no idea where or what the code could be but does your code look like this

yep. looks like that, you need to set a system phone under telephony, for a user, lets them change stuff like time, etc to save logging in via isdn or local pc thru the manager program
 
This code is used to activate dial in on the first analog trunk for remote management and this code can be used for changing the date and time on 4.0 & 4.1 systems.
In 4.1 systems a key programmed as "self administer" with telehonenumber 2 can be used for changing the system time.
 
The securitycode is the user pincode
After that you are able to set the time and date
