Hello I cannot find how to turn on 900# access on our Mitel 3300. I need to do this for gaming regulations and faxes to specific 900#s

I assume you are referring to calling 1-900 numbers. Most likely this has been restricted in ARS.
To fix it go under your Call Routing, Automatic Route Selection, and ARS digits dialed.
First find out what termination type and number an 800 number is using (assuming you are using 9 as a leading digit it would look like 91800).
Click on ADD and now put in the full number in the digits dialed, eg: 919005551234, number of digits to follow will be 0, the termination type and number will be the values you found for the 800 number.
This now should allow you to dial that 900 number but not others, the ones you don't want people calling :).
Repeat for any other 900 numbers you need to dial.

You understand that calls to 1-900 are chargable right?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
