i didn't find any blocking on the trunks, if i refresh the call logging program unit it will be o.k for 15 days and again it will generate the same problem.
The 9hrs calls in not one site problem we have lot of site installed with bc9 and bc12 but still the problem is the same in the ring master
you'll get this problem with trunk-to-trunk calls. apparently you are not getting a clearing signal. this means on the operator side the call is cleared but the MD110 still thinks that the call is going on. try to do LSCOP and see if you don't have 2 trunks in loop.
