9 Digit absorb

Is there a way to absorb the digit 9 on a MICS 6.1?
The customer has Centrex lines, they need to dial a 9 once on the CO.

You can do this through setting up a HOTLINE

why not set up your route to dial the 9, so that the customer dials 9 only once.

That's what I was thinking.. set up the route and enter the dial out digit as "9", this will enter the "9" automatically after the centrex line is accessed.
