9 appearing in one-x mobile app

IPO Ver 9.0.3

Hi all,

I had a user point out that a 9 is placed in front of incoming CID on his phone. If the number is in his contacts list, its not recognized because of the 9 at the front. Is there a way to not have the 9 placed in front of CID?

Remove it from the trunk prefix under your line settings . However this will affect people who use the phone call log as they probably need to dial 9 from the office phone .
I believe you can set dialing rules in the mobile client to strip the 9 before calling back though
