9.1 Voicemail pro on Windows 8.1 4

Hi

Anyone installed 9.1 IP office and using voice mail pro on windows 8.1? I have disabled firewall, AV and run the firewall.bat file and the PC and phone system can ping each other but the voice mail wont connect. every time just says on the phone voice mail not running and when in system status is says voice mail type none. I have essential and preferred licenses. Just seems a bit weird.

Reset the security settings and open the config on the IPO. Set the new credentials and I bet it will start working.

I'm working remotly, reset using manager, erase security settings? I'm new to this product guys, dragged over after 20 years of Nortel meridian / Cs1000 :-(

It's in the Manager, File, Advanced...As described further up.

It was a firewall, it worked at 9.0 but another port must have come into play at 9.1 with the security enhancements
