Using ASBCE, everything works great for everyone else.
VoIP mode connects just fine, user can make calls without issue. When inbound calls are made to the user, their desk phone rings as normal, but the mobile client doesn't ring. I have logged the user's profile in to both android and iphone devices, same issue persists across devices. When logging another known good user in at the same devices, calls ring in normally. Seems really strange as this is the only user in the organization having this issue, and nothing special configured in the settings of their One-X web portal either. Any idea what could cause this? Is there some setting I'm missing?
