9.1.7 Embedded vmail cuts of copied messages

we experienced this on a recent install. The original user did listen to the entirety of the message but it was cut off anyway. I haven't tried to duplicate this on another system yet.

Any seconders on this issue?

does it do this if you record a greeting before you copy it over?

yes, the work around was either pre-recording a message before the original when copying to someone or making it an old message before copying. If it was a new message and you copied it the first time listening to it, it would get cut off.

Happened to me two days ago recording HG and AA embedded msgs in the lab on 9.1.7 It's poor showing for a blue chip MID MARKET system.
This past twelve months i've seen more bugs than the time i went to the Amazon in the wet season.

FYI all, Avaya sent me a critical patch that removes the DELETE option for the first 10 seconds or so while the IPO copies the message across. If anyone wants it, let me know...
