IP500 V2 9.0, 2 each Combo Cards, 5 each Analog Trunks, Embedded Mail and all 1416 Sets
I have 2 Hunt Groups Built
Phantom User (without Voice Mail) in each Group
Queuing Turned On
Voice Mail Turned On
Pass Codes Set
Voice Mail Answer Time is Set to 1 Second
My problem is that once I dial either Hunt Group. It takes 8 seconds for the Voice Mail to Answer.
Customer would prefer it to be sooner
Did I miss a setting somewhere?
