It is a bad version.

I gave up on 9.0.3 after having my rear end handed to me by customers. I'm using 9.0.2 and that has been fairly good so far, just the usual workarounds to deal with.

Biv343 - we just had to downgrade to 9.0.2 as well for a few customers, the IP softphone is all kinds of wonky on 9.0.3.
