I was on site for a customer today and performed a format/re-create on their SD card and updated them from 9.0.6 -> 9.0.12.
I got the system back online and performed test calls. At one point I was using 4 simultaneous lines to test rollover.
We got a call later that the one person who has their own dedicated analog number wasn't receiving calls and could not dial out. We launched manager and found that all the analog trunk line appearance IDs were blank. We put 701 in the first trunk and when we went to the next one, it also had 701. Any number we input for any of the analog trunks copies itself to all the other trunks.
Now, I copied the config to another PC off-site and opened it in manager(10.0.0.2) and it was doing the same thing. When I opened the backup config we saved the IDs were there and all was good. I copied the config to the customers PC and opened it in manager so that I could push it to the control unit. When I checked the line IDs, they were blank again.
If I try to change the group ID it does the same thing...applying to all the trunks.
Has anyone had this happen or know why this might be happening?
Programming should make you feel like god. But it doesn't because there are rules.
