9.0.0.0 829 Twinning Issue

I am running into a strange issue on 9.0.0.0.0.0.0.0 829 with twinning. When the users twin, the call continues to ring until the cell phone voicemail picks up. When the call reaches the no answer time, the user's extension stops ringing, but the cell continues. If the user turns off twinning, the call covers to voicemail at the no answer time. Any ideas why the call continues to twin?

That's a lot of zeros.

Anyway there is a bunch of issues with twinning in earlier 9.0, you should upgrade to at least 9.0.5 and try again.
