8x24 DR5 Backup/Restore 2

CICS 8x24, DR5, with 18 phones, 3 ATAs, CID box, FastRad.
Is there a tool to download/backup and upload/restore the entire programming for this sys? I got Norstar ICS v9.0, and when I connect to the RAD, the Backup and Browser tools go away. Remote Set Tool works fine. Is there any way to back up the entire contents of this system to a PC and reload in the event of failure?

it did it again...and it was just a remark. Just thought it odd that it shows up with the post.

Your distributor should get that 3.7 for ya if you are having a problem with the 3.5. It won't be costing him anything to get it.

DueE do you know when NRU 9.1 is going to be released ? And if it is going to include N/M 3.7 with it .
My Vendor is kinda slopy at finding info out like that for me .
I have to toughest time with 9.0 It seems to run fine on a regualar PC but on my laptop it is CRAP!!!
I am assuming it is cause I run Win2000 on a HP Omnibook with a P3 processor . If you find a tip helpful Please take a moment to mark it as such.

Probably not until MICS 6.0 is released later this year or early 2003 unless they decide to release only the map files. I would hope they would include 3.7 to be current with the pc market.
