8X16 problem

I have a BCM 400 4.0 with 2 8x16 combo cards up until this last weekend i haven't had any issues. This weekend 3 lines on one of the cards wouldn't give dialtone (Card A Lines 091-094, 099-102). 092,093,094 being the lines that no longer worked. Incomming calls still showed apperences but when the user pressed the line answer no speach. Alternitivly when the user try's to pick up one of these lines to dial out there is no dial tone. We have 3 spare lines on Card B(151-154,159-162)if I move the lines to that card they work just fine, any one seen this issue before?

PS All status lights on combo cards are green and no alarms on the BCM

to verify for sure, swap the 2 8x16 cards w/ each other. If the problem follows, then u know it's the card for sure.
